It's cast was excrllent, though I some had problems with the life affirming Bernardi character, who seemed ready to morph into Zorba the Greek at the drop of a plate, but no matter: small town New England setting nicely realized (especially at it was filmed enitirely in California).

What was scadalous back fifty years ago,--the lawyer's relationship with the boy's mother--was a bigger deal, more dangerous to talk about back then than it would be today. The young murderer's "idealization" of his mother was truly from another time. As a time capsule it's an iteresting episode. but the way the moral issues were dealt with had by 21st century head spinning. john kenrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00710666533854296630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2634483733553292642.post-34913969386360995792013-06-02T14:36:58.984-07:002013-06-02T14:36:58.984-07:00I am watching this epidode on Antenna TV right now...I am watching this epidode on Antenna TV right now and your summary certainly gave me a good laugh!Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07394081901791667629noreply@blogger.com
